Universal Orthodox Bishop – Right Reverend Gregory Karl Davis

The public healing ministry by the Office of Right Reverend Gregory Karl is recognized in the Georgia Composite Medical Board Meeting Minutes. This Office of Bishop in the religion of the anointed Ones (Christianity) has successfully lobbied to have the Secretary of State regulations written to establish the Controlled Substance Therapeutic Research Act as required by law in O.C.G.A. 43-34-120 through 43-34-126. This research program provides for a grow rooms termed, “certified pharmacy” in State exemption through judge law in Gonzales v. Oregon, 546 U.S. 243 (2006). This decision by the United States Supreme Court ruled that the United States Attorney General could not enforce the federal Controlled Substances Act against physicians who prescribed drugs, in compliance with Oregon state law. This law and the regulations now in place for Georgia enables the distributition of medical marijuana through the pharmacy system for cancer and glaucoma patients in physician chart monitored to determine the efficacy of phytocannabinoid therapy as demanded by the DEA in recent court decision. Oddly, this story has not yet made any press outside Georgia and only briefly covered in two articles by Creative Loafing and the Atlanta Progressive News. Paul Cornwell who reports in the recent Creative Loafing article did not to name me in the story as yours is disagreeable to the presentation made here.
